In human history, there has never been an era more magnificent than the 20th century. Turbulence, wars, and revolutions filled this short century, and Marxism was one of its most prominent philosophies. But with the defeat of the Eastern sphere during the Cold War, Marx’s dangerous yet fascinating philosophy seemed to have become a thing of the past. Even in the narrative of the history of thought, people no longer remembered how fascinated famous Western intellectuals were about it. It seemed as if the philosophical ideals of the winner reigned supreme over everything. However, was it truly just a philosophy in the history of thought that has nothing to do with the present?
