Los Altos Library Healing Art Workshop

A unique workshop of creativity and well-being with award-winning healing artist Xinye Lin.  Designed as a gentle and creative sanctuary, the session helps participants relax, de-stress, and reconnect with their emotions through a multisensory experience. Soothing soundscapes—such as crystal singing bowls and ambient instrumental music—are paired with guided visual art practices like intuitive painting, reflective journaling, or mindful drawing.
